What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any information you enter into the dashboard — client names, goals, targets, notes, and document links you add. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to keep the product working and improve it.

How we use it

To provide and maintain your account and the data you store in it
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send account-related emails (billing, security, product updates)
To troubleshoot issues and improve the product

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share the client data you enter with any third party except the service providers needed to run ClientGoals (hosting, database, payments).

Data storage & security

Your data is stored in a hosted database with access restricted to your account. We use industry-standard practices to protect it, but no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details — they are handled directly by the payment processor.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email.
