1. Using ClientGoals

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with advance notice before your next renewal.
Upgrading or exceeding your plan's project limit may require moving to a higher tier.

4. Your data

You own the client and goal data you enter into ClientGoals. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use ClientGoals to store or process data you don't have the right to hold, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell access without our agreement.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

ClientGoals is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClientGoals after a change means you accept the updated terms.
